Este llamado tiene la colaboraci\u00f3n del grupo de investigaci\u00f3n Democracias en Am\u00e9rica Latina en perspectiva Comparada de ALACIP.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La fecha l\u00edmite para el env\u00edo de las propuestas es el 15 de diciembre.
