The Political Science Department, School of Social Sciences at Universidad de los Andes, Bogot\u00e1, Colombia, invites\u00a0applications for three full-time faculty positions, beginning in January 2017 or July 2017, in the area of International\u00a0Relations (2) or Political Theory (1).<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n The selected candidates are expected to conduct teaching activities in their area of expertise at the undergraduate and\u00a0graduate levels, develop research projects and seek out external funding in order to conduct them, and participate in the\u00a0activities and institutional development of the Department and the University. Spanish skills are required, and candidates are expected to become proficient within a reasonable period of\u00a0time.<\/p>\n Position<\/strong><\/p>\n The Department is interested in hiring three candidates in the categories of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor.
