The Institut Barcelona d’Estudis Internacionals (IBEI) is pleased to launch the first edition of the IBEI-CEPAL Summer School on New Technologies, Public Policy and Creative Innovation, that will take place at IBEI during July 21-25.
The objective of IBEI-CEPAL’s Summer School is to feature a mix of lectures and panel debates on significant topics in international development, innovation, new technologies and regulation, and smart cities, taught by experts of international prestige. The summer school is primarily designed for leading development professionals and ICT policy experts from governments, multilaterals, think tanks, NGOs, foundations, companies, and universities interested in the role of creative innovation for development. It will be limited to a maximum of 30 participants.
